What type of financing is available?

Most financing is going to require 10% equity in the project by the homeowner in order to get the type of mortgage or installment loan that will serve you well in the long run.

Do I need 10% up front?

No; you will need minimal money up front once you have decided on a home.

Additional down payment will be needed as you move closer to getting your commitment letter from the finance source.

How much does a house cost?

The cost is up to you.  We are a custom builder with production builder costing which saves you money.  To help you plan for your 1st or last home, we will price your home exactly the way YOU want it so you can compare confidently.

Do you build just the house or do you do the entire project if we need you to?

We will do as much or as little of the work and contracting as you would like or need us to do.  It works well both ways.

Do you help us acquire a building lot?

Yes, we work with a local realtor that will help you find property to start your building project.  We will work with your local realtor to put a land / home project together should you be a distance away.

What is your base price of a certain model?

We do not use base pricing due to the fact that it is misleading.  We sit down with every customer and build a home exactly the way you want it and give you a total price so that you have no hidden costs and you know exactly what you are investing.  More time consuming for us, yes, but appreciated by the consumer, you bet!  No surprises.
