We had the best experience with finding and purchasing the right home for us.  Our sales person was extremely flexible and helpful in assisting us with viewing and finding the right home.  We were looking for a home for 6 months, but he made sure that we were able to get into the home we wanted and not have to settle for anything less then the best.

I've had a very difficult time this past year coping with the loss of my fiancee, having to sell my home in MD and ultimately buying and moving into a new home. Bill Wack of Nottingham Homes showed me many homes, several of which were pre-owned.
